| Synopsis: Michael Donahue’s faith in God is strong until his wife and child are killed in a hit and run. They say these things are sent to test us - and Michael’s faith is tested to the limit. As he sets out to find the perpetrator, he is met with a wall of silence even the police have given up all hope of finding the killer. Michael’s last hope is to go against everything he believes in, to find out the truth. The truth being Jamie Sinclair But Sinclair is part of a notoriously violent family that holds the local community in its grip. Michael goes to Sinclair to beg him to confess and hand himself in, but this only makes things worse. As the family closes ranks, will Michael’s passionate faith allow him to forgive Sinclair or will it force him to take his revenge? Forgiveness is divine, but revenge is sweeter? |
